河北high alumina brick solid brick

High alumina brick solid brick has the following properties:

(1) Fire resistance

The fire resistance of solid brick of high alumina brick is higher than that of clay brick and semi silica brick, reaching 17501790 ℃, which belongs to high-grade refractory. The refractoriness is mainly affected by Al2O3 content, type and quantity. The refractoriness increases with the increase of Al2O3 content.

(2) Load softening temperature

Because Al2O3 in high alumina products is high, the impurity quality is small, and the formation of fusible glass body is small, the load softening temperature is higher than that of clay brick, but because mullite crystal does not form network structure, the load softening temperature is still lower than that of silica brick.
